SS316L double embossed pillow plate falling film chiller for juice storage based on laser welded pillow plate technology, it is a kind of heat exchanger built by a series of laser welded, double sides embossed pillow plates,inserted in a frame, used to cool product between two walls of pillow plate, inside the frame to your desired temperature.

The medium inside the pillow plate can be cooled water, the water can be cooled down again to the required temperature and recirculate used. With this advanced design, Falling Film Chiller can make products continuously cooled to an even temperature with very low cost.
