Product description
Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a continuous operation filter
centrifuge.Complete feeding,dewatering,washing,drying and unloading
at full speed.It is suitable for separating crystalline or short
fiber materials with particle size(particle
diameter)0.07mm-5mm,suspension concentration(solid phase volume
ratio)30%-80%,best working condition is particle size≥0.15mm,solid
occupies 50%,especially suitable for materials that need to be
washed in the machine.
Process
Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is applied to separate the slurry
which has middle-size crystal or fiber particle, average grading of
solid phase ≥0.1mm, solid content (volume ratio) is 30~70%. If
change feeding and distributing type, this machine can be also used
to dry solid-phase material which is not diffluent, it has good
washing effect and large capacity.

Application

chloride ammonium fluoride ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulphate,
urea, caffeine, polyethylene, polystyrene, oxalate, nitrate.
